Aruna Sauces
Fuchsia House Restaurant in Ardee makes 100% natural home-cooking sauces using chef Sarajit Chanda’s mother Aruna’s recipes. Aruna Sauces recently won bronze and gold at the Blas na hEireann awards and Best New Business and Best Overall Business in Co. Louth.
Boyne Blue, Castlebellingham
Michael Finnegan’s goats graze on local pastures and provide an abundance of milk for Peter Thomas’s blue goat’s cheese. In Summer 2011, Peter began making a new semi-hard cows cheese called Clairseach.
Caffrey’s Home Bakery and Coffee Shop
John & Nuala Caffrey serve only delights made by themselves in their Home Bakery and Coffee Shop. They have won awards for their buttermilk-based brown bread.
Callaghans Butchers, Ardee
Established in 1906, Peter Callaghan is the third generation of quality butchers. Peter is a member of the Craft Butchers Association and sources all his meats from local farms.

Derrycamma Rapeseed Oil
Located just outside Castlebellingham, Derrycamma Farm produces delicious Rapeseed Oil which has delicious earthy, nutty taste -it is suitable in dressings, stir fry, roasting, dunking. Compared to olive oil it has half of the saturated fat and a much higher natural omega 3 content, the one in our diet that is often lacking.
Glebe Brethan Cheese, Dunleer
Award-winning artisan cheese made from by the Tieran family in Dunleer. Young Glebe Brethan is mellow, fruity and creamy. It becomes more aromatic with spicy, nutty flavours as it matures.
Greenbean Coffee Roasters, Dundalk
Greenbean select the very best beans, hand roast to perfection in small batches and deliver fresh, perfect coffee beans. They are certified Fair Trade organic coffee roasters.
Kirk Fisheries, Clogherhead
The Kirk family are fishermen from Clogherhead. Peter Kirk sells fresh fish direct to the consumer in Ardee on Thursdays and Fridays.
